We stand behind the quality of our products and are pleased to offer a 30-day money back guarantee. In the event our product is defective and/or you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product with your proof of purchase (i.e.: receipt, Bill of Sale) within 30 days from receipt of the package to receive full refund. After 30 days, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange. Refund excludes processing, shipping, and handling charges. For your security, we recommend you use an insured carrier (e.g.: UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel, Canada Post, Purolator) and retain a receipt for your records. This will protect you in the event that the item ID is damaged or lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you as to whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
